ADULT REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS JULY1, 2013, with a $300.00 non-refundable deposit.

SEASON BEGINS JULY 8, 2013.

EACH TEAM FEE IS $669.00 (including $300.00 deposit).  FULL PAYMENT IS DUE PRIOR TO FIRST GAME OR A PRE-APPROVED, 3-GAME PAYMENT PLAN.   1/3 OF YOUR BALANCE MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO THE FIRST THREE GAMES.  PLEASE CALL INWOOD SOCCER CENTER BETWEEN 10:00-4:00 TO MAKE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS.

ALL LEAGUE FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE PLAYING THE THIRD GAME.

A complete roster must be turned before you can play your first game. Changes can be made until the third game with an Add form.

ID cards can be purchased Mon-Fri, 5:00 pm - close. Sat-Sun during scheduled games. Visa/MC/Cash for ID cards. Youths qualifying for adult leagues must reach their 17th birthday prior to enrolling in an Adult League at Inwood Soccer Center. The ID cards for 17 year olds must be purchased directly from North Texas Soccer Association (http://www.ntxsoccer.org).

League Fees Include:

• Two Free 45-minute Practices
• 8 Game Season: 6 regular season games; 2 playoff games. (Playoff placement: Top 4 teams in each bracket will participate in the playoffs.  All other teams will have two rounds of consolation games.  Placement is determined first by total points; then, goal differential. If still tied, head-to-head.)
• Every team that plays both of its playoff and/or consolation games will be entered into a drawing for a half-price discount the following season.

• No Games During Holidays
